I had an excellent experience at the hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast in the morning was quite good. My room was clean and comfortable, plus the air conditioning worked perfectly. I enjoyed the swimming pool on the 4th floor, which offered a stunning view of Uberlandia, even though the water was a bit cool for my taste. Overall, the price was reasonable, making it a highly recommendable stay. On the downside, I did encounter some service issues during my stay, particularly at reception where the staff wasn't welcoming and provided incorrect information.

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant overnight experience. However, the service left much to be desired as the reception staff was not very welcoming and gave incorrect information. The breakfast situation could be improved, too, as we arrived late and missed out. On the plus side, the amenities like the shower and air conditioning were fantastic, and the view from the pool was nice.
